Project Architect Position

AKM&PARTNERS Consulting is seeking applicants to fill the position of Project Architect.A recent Resume, and a Portfolio or Work Sample is requested for this application.
The responsibilities of this position covers employing creativity, design thinking, develop complete architectural visualization, production and coordination among other disciplines.
Requirements:
• The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience on commercial and institutional projects. Preferably past experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.
• Strong understanding of building systems, Construction Documents (CD) and ability to review design drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max (knowledge in VRay is a plus) and Adobe Creative Suit (Must have experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). Knowledge in Revit is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise team on architectural design and detail production.
• Incorporate and coordination codes, specifications, materials and buildings systems.
• Follow up with Project Management team on progress and the ability to assist in project control.
• Meet with clients and review design work, construction budget and feasibility studies.
• Meet with vendors and suppliers to match building specifications and systems.
• Provide training and development to other team members.
• Partake in design presentations.
• Help produce Scope of Work, and maintain documentation of project progress, notes, reports.
• Documentation of charts, meetings and conference calls.
• Produce detail and production drawings.
• Provide assistance to management team with program structuring and development, financial and feasibility studies, establishing project budget and meeting project deadlines.
• Contribute to marketing activities, proposals and community and non-profit outreach.
• Discuss company strategies, employment and budget..
