We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Supervisor to manage and supervise field teams for an ongoing civil works project.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of civil field teams.
Manage manpower, work allocation, and site activities.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and material requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site issues.
Ensure proper execution of civil works, including foundations, poles, gantries, civil repairs, installation, and related works.
Requirements:
Nationality: Indian or Pakistani.
Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor / Site Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.
Experience managing multiple field teams and civil work activities.
Strong knowledge of civil construction, foundations, concrete works, excavation, installation, and site coordination.
Tahakom project experience is highly preferred.
Experience in projects involving poles, gantries, traffic/security infrastructure, or similar civil works will be an advantage.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to work under project deadlines and manage multiple sites.
Valid Saudi Iqama and transferable status preferred.
