The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment on-site. This role ensures that all mechanical activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise daily mechanical operations, ensuring manpower, materials, and equipment are utilized efficiently.
Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) to guide the team.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, instrumentation) to prevent schedule conflicts
