Primary Responsibilities:
-Review design and as-built drawings for projects.
-Prepare a comprehensive bill of quantities (BOQ) for project works.
-Develop As-Built drawings.
-Prepare regular progress and status reports.
-Prepare purchase requests for construction materials.
-Monitor on-site execution and submit material requisitions.
-Prepare subcontractor payment certificates.
-Determine workforce and subcontractor requirements.
-Review and ensure compliance with official regulatory requirements.
-Maintain full knowledge of material types and prices in the Saudi market and perform cost analysis.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in site supervision and execution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and real estate development projects.
Proficient in computer software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
