2. Previous experience as a secretary, business coordinator, Administrator or related
3. Professional and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
4. Previous experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and will be asked to provide samples of previous work.
5. Advanced Excel skills and will be asked to provide samples of previous work and discuss them.
6. She has previously worked professionally with Outlook using both Arabic and English.
7. She has a good level of English proficiency and is familiar with business and management terminology.
8. She has a flexible, open, positive, organized, and creative mindset.
9. She has organizational and time management skills.
10. She can work under pressure.
11. Accept some tasks outside of regular business hours, such as taking phone calls or sending or receiving emails.
12. Open to working in a mixed-gender environment.
13. Working hours: 6 days a week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
