Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Superintendent – Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate must have at least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in construction work, specifically in electric power, street lighting, and signaling works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee electrical engineering operations on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work, including electric power systems, street lighting, and signaling systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, ensuring high standards of performance and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and specifications.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to local regulations, codes, and standards.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least the last 5 years focused on construction work (electric power, street lighting, signaling works).
• Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is a must.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising electrical projects in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, tools, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
