Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Customer Relations Manager** to join our team in the *Operations and Maintenance* sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maintaining strong communication channels between customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers within the Operations and Maintenance sector.
– Ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints while providing exceptional service.
– Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
– Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
– Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
– Prepare reports and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
– Coordinate with operations teams to ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations.
– Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding customer satisfaction and service performance.

Requirements:

– Nationality: Saudi National
– Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position within the Operations and Maintenance industry.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
– Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
