Mechanical Bim Technical Engineer
location: (qiddiyah) riyadh, ksa
qualification:
• bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering or related field
• proven experience in bim modeling for mechanical systems
• minimum 8-10 years of experience
• proficiency in revit, autocad, and other relevant bim software.
responsibilities:
• bim model creation: develop and maintain detailed mechanical bim models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications and requirements.
• interdisciplinary coordination: collaborate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, plumbing, structural) to identify and resolve design conflicts, ensuring seamless integration.
• code and standards compliance: ensure all mechanical designs comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations through regular reviews and updates.
• quality control: conduct thorough quality assurance checks on models and drawings to identify and rectify errors, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• documentation management: prepare and organize technical documentation, including specifications, design calculations, and reports, ensuring accessibility for the project team.
• project support and estimation: assist in preparing project proposals and cost estimates, providing technical insights to ensure accurate representation of mechanical systems.
