We are looking for Contracts Administrator with Transferable Iqama and immediate joining.
Responsibilities:
* Administers assigned contracts maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial, schedule or technical difficulties.
• Monitoring financial performance, financial analysis (including trend analysis), and preparing project performance reports and recommendations for the executive team.
• Monitoring, reviewing, and keeping relevant parties informed on the timeliness, cost, revenue, risk, progress, and performance of the project
• Ensure that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the contract period.
• Interact with the Client representatives & the Project Management as necessary.
• Coordinates with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, contract administration and other major matters.
• Ensure all warranties, bonds, insurance guarantees, etc., are in place maintained, and updated in accordance with the Contract and in compliance with the Client’s requirements.
• Fully responsible for communicating and interacting with customer post award of contract until assigning of a Project Manager and continued support till the project is mobilized and Project Manager is in place.
• Support the Estimation and Project Management with respect to contractual implications of change orders.
• Maintain a readily available, neat and traceable Copy of all Contractual documents and communication of all Contracts, for ongoing as well as closed Contracts.
• Prior to mobilization, prepare milestone project plan, cost control plan and revenue projection plan.
• Ensure invoicing is done as per the milestone revenue projection plan for every project. Bring to management notice and for resolution any issues in this regard.
• Acts as Company representative after signing of contract till contract closure operations wise and financially.
* Provide periodic and regular reports to Management on financial and operational performance of ongoing projects.
• Do other contracts related tasks as requested by the Management.
Qualification required: Degree in engineering / Business Administration or equivalent qualification
* Experience required: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the post award administration of contracts.
• Demonstrable knowledge of contracting regulations, policies and practices in Saudi Arabia, specifically Saudi Aramco contracts is an advantage
