Operation & Maintenance Company based in JEDDAH is looking for a Sales & Marketing / Business Development Specialist, candidate will be responsible for Identifying new Sales Leads, Marketing and Generating business for all kind of Manpower outsourcing Services & Facility Management Services.
Responsibilities:
• Generating leads by the means of calls, door to door marketing, attending exhibitions and seeking references from existing clients.
• Develop marketing brochures, exhibition materials, and content for social media platforms.
• Write up yearly marketing plan and present to the higher Management.
• Attending incoming inquiries meeting the clients with a presentation of our services and closing the deals.
• To work with and expand database focused on Facility management services, Agriculture, Hospitality, F&B, Medical, Logistics & Supply Chain, Indoor Cleaning & Maintenance, Contracting & Infrastructure and generating effective leads.
Requirements:
• Egyptian National & Lebanon National (Male & Female)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales & Marketing or Business Management.
• 4-5 Years Proven work experience as a Sales & Marketing, Business Development Key Accounts.
• Excellent presentation, listening, convincing & negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Valid Driving License.
