Position:- HR Specialist
Work Location:- Khamis Mushait
Salary Range:- 4500

Duties/responsibilities:
Attending incoming phone calls / interviewers in a timely manner and directing them in the right direction.
Oversees Onboarding process and coordinate their activities.
Maintain filing system, in charge of Administration Archive.
Coordinate the recruitment team to arrange interview.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education Level Requirements:
Diploma Degree or equivalent required

Experience Requirements:
1-3 years of administrative related experience.
Desired/Preferred Education, Skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree
Able to use office software proficiently: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good time management skills
Good communication skills
Good service awareness.
Able to work under pressure.
