Job Description:
IT Support is required. He must have a good technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. He will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting network issues CCTV and providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops
– Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
– Set up user profiles and and handle backup.
– Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
– Troubleshoot CCTV analog or IP connectivity issues.
– Provide technical support to end-users.
– Provide regular maintenance of all IT equipment.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– Minimum of 1 years’ experience in technical support.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
– Can Speak and understand English and Arabic
