The role will involve accurately completing and submitting various types of SEC forms and documents. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential. The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
– Knowledge of SEC filing regulations
– Proficiency in completing SEC forms
– Catching and following up work orders until they are closed and materials returned
– Coordinate with store keeper to ensure the quantity of material list
– Ability to work independently
– Excellent time management skills
-Computer skills : MS, E-mails
-Experienced with UDIS system, SAP
