Responsibilities
Develop and implement all aspects of one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children.
As a Behavior Assistant / Behavior Therapist, you will work 1:1 with children who have speech delay and need the ABA program in a nursery environment.
Work closely with parents and family members of assigned clients. Demonstrate interest and commitment to the science of human behavior and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment.
Who we want:
Bachelor’s degree; background in human services, child development, ABA, early childhood education, psychology, or sociology
3+ years of experience working with children/adults with neuro-diversities
Candidates currently residing in the Khobar/ Dammam area
