FM Managers
1. FM Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical Engineer degree)
2. Minimum 5 years’ Technical experience & Managerial experience in MEP (Operation & Maintenance) related projects in Saudi Arabia.
3. Able to speak English. (Arabic will be an advantage)
4. Experience with PPM & RM.
5. Experience with CAFM system (Maximo)
6. Experience with KPIs
7. Experience with Customer Service.
8. Confirmation of availability/notice period.
9. Hard and Soft Services Background is required.
