You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring that users get maximum benefits from them. Individual tasks vary depending on the size and structure of the organisation, but you’ll need to
Functional Responsibilities:
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems
• Troubleshoot system and Printer problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Set up new users’ accounts
• Respond within agreed time
• Working on Ticket Systems
• Completion the tasks
Requirements:
• Diploma Degree, IT, or equivalent.
• Certifications of CCNA, MCSA, Network+ , A+ and other relevant areas is preferred
• 2-4years’ experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Organization skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
