Job Description:

General Job Description

Position is responsible for the coordination of all Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities as guided and supported by managers.

Specific Job Description:

· Develop and maintain files for correspondence, projects, bids/tenders, sales funnel, business cases, customers, suppliers, events, etc.
· Preparation of customer qualification documentations.
· Preparation of bidding/tender documentations.
· Develop collaterals
· Draft reports, etc.
· Liaise with customers, suppliers, clearing agents, etc.
· Provide pre-sales, sales and post-sales support, including shipment, clearance, delivery, billing, etc.
· Keep track of ordered materials (logistic part)
· Perform other SMBD tasks as may be required.

Educational Qualifications:

Degree in Management or related or equivalent course

Experiences:

At least 2 years of working experiences in related field preferably in telecommunications industry.

Other Skills/Qualifications:

Excellent presentation, communications and inter-personal skills, independent, self-driven, highly customer-focused and able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
