Factory Manager
Position Summary:
– Responsible for the overall direction and control of all Mineral Water Company functions to ensure that production output meets set quality and forecast requirements.
– Ensures that legal, health and safety, hygiene and technical requirements are maintained in accordance with Saudi Laws and customer requirements.
– Based on overall plan of the Group Company, propose the planning direction and guidance to achieve Mineral Water Company targets.
– Provide leadership, management and analysis necessary to support and successfully implement the annual budget and financial planning processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized university. MBA is preferred.
– At least 15 years of relevant experience in food industry or beverages with 6 years of managerial experience.
– Excellent command of the Arabic and English languages.
– Thorough understanding of commercial high speed beverages production units and equipment along with the affiliated departments such as Sales and Marketing, Purchasing and Finance.
– Excellent understanding of financial and budget related issues.
