R&B is one of the fastest growing retail chain across the GCC, requires the above professionals for its large format fashion retail stores
– Operation Manager
– Area Manager
– Store Managers – Retail
Job Profile:
– Manage overall operations for all the fashion stores assigned.
– Accountable for delivering P&L targets.
– Achieve results by efficient cost control methods, Sale Drivers and Budget Planning.
– Comply with the Brand and company policies and procedures.
Communication & Working Relationships:
Communicate with Stores team to ensure all Sales, Stock Data and relevant information is received.
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Experience of working with Multi-Cultural Teams.
– Experience in brand expansion, including Project Management of new store openings, directing support function activities and in depth recruitment activities.
– Knowledge of latest fashion trends, team management, sales and operations management, planning and execution, supervision, coaching and mentoring, problem solving.
– Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage.
Education Qualification:
Required: Graduates / Post Graduates / Masters in Retail Management preferred.
Relevant Experience:
– Required: 5+ years of experience in Fashion Retail.
– Desired: 3+ years of experience in Management Role.
– Experience of KSA / UAE and GCC Retail Industry.
– Valid KSA Driving license is a must.
