What you can expect:
Servicing customer equipment to their satisfaction and setting minimum performance standards.
Projecting a customer service image through competent service procedures and communication with all customers.
Managing assigned parts and consumable stocks effectively. Communicating with sales and service management about customer complaints and sales opportunities.
What we expect:
– ITI certificate / Diploma in Engineering.
– 2 to 3 years of experience in the installation or maintenance of automatic doors.
– Knowledge of basic electronics and electrical theories.
– Excellent communication skills.
– GCC driving license would be an advantage.
