A leading company in Oil and Gas field in Saudi Arabia requires to hire a GENERAL MANAGER
Minimum requirements:
– Prepare and adapt a business model and implement strategic plans on long terms.
– Prepare business development plans for acquiring and wining new projects.
– Ensure operation’s efficiency and performance in accordance with the corporate objectives, strategy and plans.
– Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure.
– Analyze and approve operational investments that best meet the business needs.
– Oversee the opening and closing of contracts as a time, budget, quality and safety.
– Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of senior managers with operational responsibilities.
– Perform other duties as may be required in order to maintain the efficient running of the business plans.
Minimum skills:
– 10 years of experience in a managerial position in Saudi Arabia.
– 20 years of experience in the same field.
– Remotely managing of resources.
– Experience in Oil and Gas field in Maintenance and Construction projects.
– Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are a must.
– Leadership skills with strong technical, management and business development capabilities.
Education and Qualifications:
– Mechanical Engineering
– PMP Certified is minimum
– Saudi nationals preferred
