Food Production Line Manager
Jeddah based Company specialized in dairy food products across the KSA and GCC Looking for a Food Production Line Manager.
Will be responsible for:
– Plant operations and particularly your own production line on shift basis.
– Team player, you work closely with another (junior) Production Line Manager and the Financial Manager (Head Office) in order to plan production, raw materials, labor accordingly and align continuously the operations with the business strategy.
Your profile:
– Bachelors degree in life sciences / bio-engineering / Food Technology or equivalent complement with strong electro-mechanical skills. Experience of minimum 5 years in similar role in food production.
– Familiar with ISO standards, HACCP, Quality Control, equipments cleaning, inventory management and production planning.
