Job Description:
Sales Representative, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Reports directly to the Operations Manager.
– Promote our rental products and plans in the market.
– Find customers for short term and long term rental agreements.
– Responsible for equipment rental and service operations including, planning, coordinating, controlling and the execution of all operations.
– Support all operational activities to maintain and enhance customer relationships while ensuring the objectives are achieved.
– Extract customer feedback and report the management with recommendations.
– Coordinate logistics and purchasing activities in alignment with the Operational requirements.
– Promotes service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to the team members.
– Managing equipment availability, utilization and returns.
– Managing customer relationships.
– Managing overall efficiency of service process as it relates to turns of work orders, down equipment, issuing purchase orders, warranty claims, etc.
– Possibly preparing and presenting operational performance.
– Ability to understand, empathize and negotiate on a daily basis.
– Working with a team and instilling a sense of urgency.
– Ensure that the work assignments are carried out to the highest quality level.
– Comply with work instructions and ensure all resources are fit for purpose.
– Will involve elements of promoting.
Qualifications:
– Degree in Business Management / Sales and Marketing.
– 3 years’ experience in Direct Sales in Car Rental Business including one (1) year Experience in Dubai is a must.
– Pleasing and Strong personality and Leadership skills.
– Fluent in English (Spoken, Reading and Writing), preferably able to speak Arabic.
– Gulf experience is preferred.
– Driving and valid driver’s license.
– Computer literate.
