Job Description:
Country Manager, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities:
– Manage distributors’ infrastructure and sales force in achieving the highest standards of sales and distribution in the market.
– Reports to the Head of Sales / GM to plan, prepare and execute the growth targets of the company.
– Coordinate with the Key Outlets in negotiations of BDA, promotions etc.
– Responsible for the implementation of the Annual Operating plan, bottom line targets for KSA.
Requirements:
– MBA / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce.
– At least 5 years of Managerial experience with a reputed FMCG Co. in KSA.
– Willing to travel extensively within KSA.
– Assertive with good communication skills.
– Good knowledge of MS-Windows and Office.
– Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple projects.
– Ability to speak and write Arabic would be an advantage.
– 35 – 45 years of age.
