Job Description:
Civil Engineer, required for a company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Scope of Work:
– Visiting all locations/sites in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam and having a detailed BOQ along with drawing, specifications and pricing.
– Identifying contractors for the Civil/Electro Mechanical work.
– Inviting tenders for the bidding process from contractors as per the defined process.
– Supervision of the stores on regular basis to check status of work completion.
– Regular/Weekly Updates to Management on Store Completion Status.
– Ensure work completion within the defined time frame and as per the look book specifications.
– Certify and Hand over the outlets after final completion.
