Job Description:
GIS / Dot Net Developer, required for a company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
– Migrate data from ArcInfo Librarian to Geodatabase (Oracle SDE database).
– Perform analysis, design and develop the new systems to provide a web based GIS application which serves public users and internal Departments users.
– Identify and implement opportunities where GIS capabilities can add value to clients based on business requirements.
Skills:
– Experience developing and Implementing web based GIS within enterprise applications to provide a rich end user experience; preferably in C# and ASP .NET.
– Experience with web based GIS application, ESRI Javascript API.
– Database experience, preferably in Oracle including geospatial data management.
Desired Skills:
– Experience with coverage data.
– Experience with ESRI web service.
– Experience on ArcGIS Server administration.
Education:
– Bachelor of Science in Information Systems for a related field of study.
