Job Description:
Quantity Surveyor, required for a reputed Engineering Consultancy Office in Saudi Arabia.
Qualification / Experience:
– Graduate in Engineering having 10 to 12 years experience in a reputed consultant office.
– Extensive experience in Site Development, Infrastructure and Major Building Projects.
– Extensive experience in estimating construction man-hour (labor and equipment), labor rates, materials, preparation of tender documents etc.
– Works proficiently in Excel Estimating Sheets, AutoCAD and familiarity with estimating tools such as Nomitech “Cost OS” and Aspentech “Kbase” is a factor.
