Job Description:
A prestigious name in the Real Estate/ Developers/ infrastructure Industry in the Middle East is looking for Senior Architectural Engineer / Senior Mechanical Engineer / Senior Electrical Engineer to join their expanding team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
– The ideal candidate has to plan, schedule and co-ordinate engineering and offer engineering support to other discipline projects.
Responsibilities:
– Provide engineering services to the available project.
– Review vendor drawings, reply vendor queries and follow up with vendors.
– Timely completion of progress and cost reports for all projects under supervision.
– Manage all projects within approved budgets against agreed schedules and deliver in accordance with technical specifications.
– Possess a wide theoretical and practical knowledge of engineering principles and general knowledge of construction methods.
Requirements:
– BSc Degree in Engineering or acceptable equivalent in a western educated school/institute.
– A minimum of 15 years of experience in the design and construction of engineered projects in Healthcare/Construction Industry in the GCC.
– Has to possess excellent experience in Medical related projects like Hospitals/Health Centers/Clinics.
– Should knowledgeably support the LEED commissioning and certification process for the project.
– Must be LEED certified.
