We are looking to recruit Two Business Developer for KSA, we prefer KSA expert or compulsory candidate based in KSA.

Key responsibility
– Identifies market segments, decision makers and key partners (promoters, architects, engineering offices , sales network)
– Maintains and develops excellent relationships with consultants and engineering offices.
– Follows up and develops portfolio of consultants and engineering offices on assigned territory.
– Updates, follows up and develops projects exposure
– Updates, follows up and develops consultants exposure
– Gets Company name listed by consultants
– Gets Company solutions and product specified by consultants
– Conducts presentations and seminars.
– Ensures close cooperation & communication on projects to sales engineers and application engineers assigned on the area.
– Updates the market trend and approvals and communicated it to the management.
– Develops knowledge of the local market and evaluates its development potential through lobbying.
Requirements:
– GCC experience
– Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in our field of business
– Engineering background or a strong aptitude to sell technical product related to construction more precisely H.V.A.C.
– Computer skills
– Presentation skills
– Good knowledge of construction industry : the network and decision making process
