Job Description:
Factory Engineer, required for a company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
– He should have an experience with MASA and Henke, FRIMA block and paver machines, Bemat Batching Plant, and Rino Tile Machines.
– He will be most understand Machineries, drawings, dismantling, erection, commissioning, modifications, steel work for mixer and well understand hydraulics, / Electrical Mechanical, different concrete products mix designs etc.
Responsibilities:
– In charge of factory operation such as production, planning, organize, lead and control factory to achieving optimum operation levels.
– Achieve operation improvement, reduce waste and ensure high productivity to improve the overall business profit margins.
– Ensure product quality control is in place meet customers expectations.
– Ensure good practice of workplace safety and health in line with JKKP requirements.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Electrical, Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
– Minimum 15 years of working experience in manufacturing or factory environment preferably in concrete products, or precast concrete industry.
– And with at least 5 years in Managerial position.
– Posses good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
