Job Description:
Zamil Operations and Maintenance Co., Ltd is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of HR Director for its Makkah / Taif Project.
Qualification required:
– Degree in Business Management and / or HR Management from a accredited university.
Experience required:
– 15 years experience in HR management including 5 years in a senior HR position with overall staff training responsibilities in a large, international utility. HR Change management, training and development.
Responsibilities:
– Review the organization and resources of the existing services as well as the level of available data.
– HR and Change Management initial services plan.
– When present supervise the activities of the HR and the Training Expert, who will otherwise be under the direct supervision of the Transitional Service Manager.
Skills:
– Effective communicator and leadership.
– Strong negotiation and decision making.
– Innovative and creative.
– Results-driven with a positive outlook and commercial understanding.
– Hard-working and dynamic.
– And should have a valid Driving License.
Language proficiency:
– Fluent in written and spoken English.
