– Perform general secretarial duties as translating, typing, data entry.
– Well organized, creative, reliable, with the ability to work under minimum guidance.
– Manage calendars, schedule meeting and committed to deadlines.
– Prepare, type, edit reports, forms, and documents.
– Monitoring customer accounts.
– Coordinating with H.O for branch Inquiries.
– Accountable for other duties as required by Department. Head.
– Handle all correspondence on own initiative.
– Excellent filling system.
– Preparing and follow up daily, weekly, monthly customer inquiries with close coordination with Dept Head and General Director.
– Finally small Inventory Management.
Skills:
– Minimum 2 years working experience.
– Excellent command in English.
– Very Good Administrative and communication skills.
– Self motivated and enthusiastic.
– Presentable and highly organized.
– Excellent typing and writing skills ( draft letters, work orders, reports, job advertisements etc. ).
– Effective administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
– Ability to produce results under strict / short deadlines.
– Friendly and able to work with varying types and levels of people.
– High level of proficiency in E-mails, Internet, MS Word, Access, Excel, Power Point.
