Contracts Manager, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Experience:
– B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in tendering of substations and transmission.
– Have hands-on experience in bidding of 69/132/220138 KV SUBSTATIONS and transmission lines.
– Should have the knowledge of power utilities standards and practices and technical knowledge e to prepare scope of work and tender Wets-nerds along with project key milestones.
– Able to review and evaluate the lid document. vendors/suppliers quotations. Be able to rise up and follow in empires.
– Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties.
– Keep up to date with market trends and new developments irking information for business improvement.
– Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
– Ability to overview situations, review and evaluate. defining set plans to achieve business goals.
– Problem solving at a strategic level. working with others to reach a resolution.
– Careful planning to achieve actuate and timely results.
