Job Details:
– Preference will be given to candidates with handset selling experience in a relevant counter selling environment in stores (80% or more of Total intakes at any point of time) and those who at least own a Java phone (Most phones in the market support Java).
– Freshers could also be considered, but only if they are smart graduates and meet the following requirements.
– Presentable.
– Good communication (English, Hindi, Vernacular).
– Ability to get trained and learn quickly.
– Have basic intelligence, common sense.
– Got an aptitude for selling/counter selling.
– Own a Java phone (Most phones in the market support Java).
– The Total intake from Freshers should not be more than 20% at any point of time.
– Candidates from Call Center, BPO and Non-sales backgrounds to be avoided as a standard rule, until otherwise specified.
– Candidates should be flexible to work in any store/location assigned to him/her, even if that means outside his/her area of residence.
– Preference will be given to Candidates who either own a Smartphone or is proficient in the use of one.
– All Candidates who have to get -ed must either own/have used a Smartphone or own a Java phone or should be willing to buy one (Most phones in the market support Java).
– If a Candidate does not have a Smartphone, but is willing to buy one, then he/she can do so, where by the Company will be reimbursing to him/her Rs. 500/- in addition to the Salary for a period not exceeding 10 Months, which will cover the cost of the Handset (Maximum Cost up to Rs. 5,000/-).For this they will have to submit the bill of purchase and the proposal for the same has to be approved by the Onward RSM.
– Once approved and upon joining of the Candidate and purchase of the Handset, the same has to be intimated to the HR Department, so that the Monthly Handset Allowance will reimbursed to the Candidates against the provision of the invoice/bill of purchase.
– HR will also include this Additional Salary Component in the Offer Letter and have the same issued to the Candidate (Please refer to the/Proposed Salary Structure/as given below).
– Graduate and undergraduate is ok.
– Freasher with good communication and learning skills are welcomed.
– Candidate worked in mobile stores.
– Have knowledge about mobile phones and applications.
– Only male candidates.
