Job Details:
– 3- 4 years as Store Manager indepently handling a store {Apparels}.
– Achievement of monthly targets.
– Coaching and training of Sales Executives.
– Ensuring regular audits and reviews to meet desired standards.
– Coordination with different departments for operations effectiveness.
– Deal with returns and refunds and handle customer complaints.
– Analyse space allocation category and subcategory wise with respect to the sales generated, stock capacity and seasons.
– Showroom Management including Housekeeping.
– Monitor costs and stocks to increase profitability of the showroom.
– Enhance customer relationship through the existing programmes.
– Reporting To: Sr. Merchandiser.
Key Ss:
– Excellent communication ss in English and Local language.
– Should possess team management ss.
– Must be highly energetic and self motivated.
– Experience in leading teams in similar retail formats.
– Candidates should have the 3 years of relevant experience as a store Manager .
– Candidate should have experience in Apparels.
– Candidate should have relevant experience such they should have worked in Levis, Liilput etc.
– Only female Candidates will be required.
