Job Details:
It’s an inbound process, staff has to handle queries from domestic passengers/ guest pertaining to reservations, telecheck-ins, fare inquiries, Flight Info and so on.
Candidate’s Profile:
– Good Communication ss.
– Under Graduates {HSC passed} can also apply.
– Candidates who have completed IATA /UFTA/ Diploma in travel or Aviation can also apply.
– Should be willing to work in Night Shifts and voice process {Inbound}.
– Candidates having customer service experience or from travel field would also be considered.
