Job Description:
– Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods.
– Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.
– Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
– Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on our process.
– Negotiate with candidates, ext offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates..
– Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
– Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
– Must be willing to work in the night shift.

– Be a self starter who can set and ute goals and lead by example.
Candidate Profile:
– Should possess good communication s.
– Should possess IT knowledge like C, java etc with the interest in recruitment phase.
– Should be energetic, enthusiastic and initiative.
– Degree holder.
– Willing to working in US timings.
