Job Description:
– Can work as a team player with minimal supervision.
– Establish sheet layout and composition of drawing set and ability to readable professional drawings.
– Conformance to office drafting standards – Knowledge of standard directory and file naming conventions, standard procedures for setting up drawing sheets of various types, layering standards etc.
– Capable of coordination between views of the same area {Plans, Ceilings, Sections, Details, etc.} and capable of presenting the same on graphics.
– Accurate calculation of dimensions and in referencing of all details and sections.
– Able to accurately plot drawings.
– Maintain submittals, records and projects in soft copy.
– Confident in space planning, client coordination, presentations, concepts and coordination.
– Understanding the concept of Interior Designing.
Candidate Profile:
– Experience: 6- 10 Years.
– Education: Minimum B. Arch /Diploma with 12 yrs experience.
– Excellent communication ss both English and Hindi.
– Experience with Auto CAD, MS Microsoft, Max 3D, Corel Draw etc.
