Job Description:
Fitness First is currently seeking to hire Project Manager in Saudi Arabia urgently.
– Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
– Good Knowledge in Auto-CAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Primavera P6.
– 8-10 yrs of overall exp. in Project Management preferably from Retail Division.
– Understands complete cycle of Project Execution i.e. Coordinating with the MEP, HAVC and other subcontractors, Site management and resolving complex technical problems, interface with the consultant and subcontractors to obtain or provide project technical and progress data, Drafting and submitting budget proposals, Controlling the project cost with-in the budget, Monitoring Quality control and Safety aspects to be followed strictly, etc.
– Should have good knowledge of Saudi market with a valid driving license.
