Job Description:
Project Manager / Estimator, required for a leading Construction Company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
– Degree in Mechanical or Civil.
– Ability to make accurate quantity surveys and to estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors work.
– Ensure quality work that compiles with plans and specifications.
– Project planning and scheduling.
– Control and monitor construction activities.
– Represent company in project meetings with project owner and design engineers.
– Manage financial aspects of project.
– Preferably 10-15 years experience in GCC or minimum 6 years in Saudi Arabia.
