Job Description:

General Job Description Lead and maintain the organization’s human resources by strategic planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in close coordination with management (HR Manager) and other departments, and in consideration also of emerging trends in Human Resources Management.

Specific Job Description:

1. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
2. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements as mandated by the Saudi Labor Law; conducting investigations and maintaining records.
3. Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
4. Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
5. Lead manpower planning and mapping activities (create organization charts, job profiles, etc.).
6. Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
7. Lead recruitment activities (identify recruitment agencies/entities, gather and evaluate CVs, conduct or arrange interviews, negotiate offers, etc.).
8. Work with Government Relations on visa and other related issues.
9. Organize and maintain HR 201 and 202 files/records.
10. Provide periodic reports and study trends in Human Resources Management.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Administration or related or equivalent course.

Experiences:

At least 5 years of working experiences in the telecommunications/ IT industry in an HR management capacity.

9. Highly organized and a multi-tasker.
