Role &Responsibility
• Inspection of CV/AR/SS activity.
• Handling inspection activities with client.
• Reviewing ITP, MS & Project Specification of CV/AR/SS Work.
• Preparation of QC documents & Auditing records.
• Maintaining all product and Inspection instrument calibration or expiry dates etc.
• Maintaining Daily Record for all kind of inspection and reporting to senior.
• Reviewing MC dossier and submitting to client for final review and approval.
• Getting done all Quality document handover done from subcontractor
Requirement Qualification
Major Degree – University diploma
Reference (Experience) –
1. Six (6) or more years of direct work experience, in the specific engineering discipline(s), performing QC inspection and testing of industrial project materials, equipment, systems and facilities under construction and Pre-Commissioning.
2. Three (3) or more years of direct work experience performing QC inspection and testing related to the scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical
projects).
Language – Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language. Etc. –
1. Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures.
2. With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR compliance with Contract requirements.
3. Training, direct work experience and demonstrated thorough working knowledge of coating materials, application methods, quality activities and recognized engineering codes and standards required for the WORK, such as ASTM, ISO, NACE SPs and SSPC SPs.
4. Direct work experience and thorough knowledge of all aspects of civil, structural and architectural (C/S/A) engineering systems, equipment, commodities, materials and quality activities required for construction and Pre-Commissioning of the WORK.
5. Demonstrated thorough knowledge of WORK related engineering codes and standards with C/S/A requirements, such as ICC IBC, API, NFPA, ACI, AASHTO, ASTM, ASCE 7, BS 4550, BS 1744-1, SASO, AISI, AISC and AWS D1.1.
6. Demonstrated thorough knowledge of C/S/A inspection and testing; procedures, tools and test equipment used in soil preparation & earthwork; pile foundations; Portland cement concrete foundations, structures & retaining walls; structural steel; building masonry, interiors, finishes & roofing systems; asphalt concrete roadways and other materials and commodities as required for the WORK.
