Job Description:
Sales Executives and Product Specialists, required for a Medical Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
– Work as a key member of the business unit with primary focus on channel marketing and product selling.
– Manage the coordination of sales promotional activity as it relates to the enhancing the market position.
– By utilizing a solution based approach and concept, qualified individuals will be selling directly into the hospital marketplace.
– Key selling role responsible for owning the territory growth, independently selling, supporting and ensuring sales growth in existing and new accounts.
– This will require focusing on defining and executing against account plans.
– The company offers a generous commission plan with uncapped earning potential along with marketing materials and product training.
Desired Skills and Experience:
– Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years experience in marketing management and sales related activities of Health care products.
– A person with proven, excellent communication and people management skills.
– A strong work ethic and a passion for success.
– A polished professional, goal oriented and self-motivated.
– A high-energy individual with eagerness to learn and excel.
– Knowledge of Branding, positioning, strategic marketing.
– Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
– Exceptional communication, interpersonal and assertiveness skills.
– Ability to work within a team and autonomous environment.
Desired Qualifications:
– Fluency in English and Arabic Speaking is Preferred.
– Bachelor’s Degree Required.
– Strong medical capital equipment and/or medical device sales experience is an added advantage.
– Educational experience in a health related discipline and business is strongly preferred.
– Experience selling to high level hospitals is a plus.
– Transferable Iqama is a Must.
