Job Description:

Quantity Surveyors, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.

– Graduate or Post Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from accredited institution.
– With 10-15 years experience in an estimating and quantity surveying positions in a reputed Engineering Design Office.
– Ability to produce RFP Documentation, BOQ, Coordination of Technical Documents and Specification.
– Extensive experience in Site Development, Infrastructure and Major Building Projects.
– Works proficiency in Excel Estimating Sheets, Auto CAD and familiarity with Estimating Tools such as “Cost OS” and Aspentech “Kbase“ is a factor.
– Sound technical knowledge of Engineering Design and Cost Estimating software.
– Minimum 5 years Middle East or KSA experience is essential.
