Job Description:
Business Development Manager, required for a company in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
– Identify new markets and/or new approaches to existing markets.
– Provide active support in achieving Takamul’s financial revenue targets.
– Evaluate and approves new partnerships opportunity.
– Manage relationship with clients and create new opportunities.
– Develop new market entry plans and market scanning.
– Develop and manage and business development campaigns that drive new business opportunities.
– Liaise and coordinate with projects business line to achieve company’s targets.
– Build and develop marketing strategy.
– Build quality improvement structure for each Takamul service.
– Measure and identify market demand.
– Maintain and improve all feedback channels with clients.
– Market share and segmentation analysis.
– Work on day to day business development tasks.
Skills:
– Sound knowledge in Project Management (Engineering Degree is preferable).
– Understanding and experience of the Saudi Arabian market.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development including 2 years at least in the project management field is a must.
– Fluent Arabic and English.
– If he is in Saudi Arabia, must have a transferable Iqama.
