– Achieving established sales target in a given territory.
– Visiting the towns and distributors as per the PJP and itinerary and work in the retail market.
– Compilation of daily market reports.
– Distributor servicing and management.
– Territory records, cheque control, secondary sales data etc.
– Increasing the width and depth of coverage for company products.
– Implementation of promotion schemes and other company policies and procedures.
– Business Development.
– Achievement of sales targets.
– Coverage and development of sales and distribution in the area, measured by increase in towns under direct coverage, outlets being covered, quality of coverage by RSU etc.
– Healthy business practices: ensuring minimal stock returns.
– Healthy pipeline.
