Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support to end-users through various communication channels.
2.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
3.Assist with daily IT operations, ensuring smooth system performance.
4.Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and requests.
5.Document and update procedures and solutions.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
3.Strong basic networking knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills.
4.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and asset recording.
5.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
6.Must have Saudi Council of Engineering certification.
7.Must have a transferable Iqama.
8.Certifications (such as CompTIA, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
1.Candidates that are Filipino or Indian are highly encouraged to apply.
2.Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a big plus.
