Secretaries are administrative professionals who play an integral role in business and organizational environments. They maintain and organize office tasks, implement procedures and carry out administrative duties depending on what type of organization they work for.
Secretaries must be able to multitask and stay organized under pressure. They also need to be friendly and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
