Plumber-Technician
• Installing and maintaining gas and water plumbing pipes and tubes.
• Having experience to work in iron, stainless steel and PVC material based pipes and tubes.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintaining and repairing of water purification systems.
• Emergency repairs Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.
• Have experience to use compression fittings.
• Having experience and knowledge about NPT and BSP plumbing fittings.
• Assist maintenance engineers in their routine maintenance and repair activities.
Gas Generators and Vacuum Pump Technician
• Experience in pressurized gases, connections, manifolds, pressure gauges etc.
• Have experience and knowledge of different gas generators, like Hydrogen generator, Nitrogen generator, zero air generator, air compressors etc.
• Knowledge of installation, commissioning, maintaining and repairing of different types of gas generators.
• Knowledge to test, maintain and repair different types of pumps and motors.
• Able to maintain and repair different type of vacuum pumps.
• Having idea about AC and DC power sources.
• Having experience of maintaining and repairing of hydraulic and pneumatic based equipment and tools.
• Assist maintenance engineers in their routine maintenance and repair activities.
Calibration Technician
• Having sufficient knowledge and experience in calibrating laboratory test equipment.
• Having experience in maintaining, repairing and calibrating different brands of pipettes and balances including analytical balances.
• Experience in calibrating different brands of heating and cooling devices.
• Experience and knowledge of calibrating different types of thermometers.
• Experience in maintaining and calibrating electrical, electronic and digital measuring tools.
• Plans sequence of testing and calibration procedures for instruments and equipment, according to blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and other specifications.
• Assist maintenance engineers in their routine maintenance and repair activities.
Maintenance Technician
• Experience in installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing of general laboratory equipment.
• Knowledge and experience in the maintenance and repair of water purifiers, Laboratory oven, incubators, hot plates, furnaces etc.
• Experience to fix and maintain spectrometers.
• Experience about PH meters, Conductivity meters and other water analysis equipment and analyzers.
• Experience to test and fix DC circuit boards for laboratory equipment and analyzers.
Toxic Gas Management (TGM ) Technician
• Gaseous general, ultra-high purity nitrogen, toxic & pyrophoric gas systems
• Total Gas Management System
• Toxic gas cabinets, supply piping, valve manifold boxes and other associated equipment
• Toxic gas scrubbers
• Toxic gas monitoring system
• Calibration of sensors, changing cylinders
Quality Inspectors QA/QC
Work experience in ISO 9000
• Understanding of data analysis tools and sampling methods.
• Experience in conducting tasks related to the maintenance lifecycle.
• Certification or training in ISO 9000, quality management, or lean six sigma.
Physical Inventory Technician
Experience in inventory control, data entry, identifying equipment, procedure
• Performs necessary system transactions to support acquisition, identification (tagging), tracking, locating and disposal of assets.
• Plans and performs physical inventory and audit activities in coordination with laboratory staff and finance personnel.
• Creates and maintains SAP asset master data records for all assets.
• Coordinates the accurate and timely record keeping and generation of standardized reports to include physical inventories, loss reports, financial reporting, status reports, critical incidents, etc.
• Coordinates and prepares appropriate forms and/or documentation such as movement, transfers, Installation, purchase orders, etc.
• Tracks asset utilization rates and maintains asset surplus lists.
• Facilitates and tracks movement/transfer of assets within campus facilities.
• Maintains effective and cooperative working relationships with colleagues, subordinates, users, vendors, and other agencies.
