We are looking for a Service Planner to join our team and play a key role in coordinating and supporting our service operations. The Service Planner will act as the central communication point — receiving, registering, and processing all service requests in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring that every case is handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all service calls, inquiries, and requests.
Register and process service cases promptly following established SOPs.
Plan and schedule service manpower resources efficiently to ensure timely assignment and optimal utilization of field teams.
Coordinate closely with internal teams, field service engineers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and effective case handling.
Maintain efficient and proactive communication across all stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and quick resolution of issues.
Provide regular and accurate status updates to customers, suppliers, and management regarding open service cases.
Ensure all activities are well-documented, tracked, and updated in the service management system.
Support the technical support and logistics teams to facilitate on-time delivery of services and spare parts.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.
Good IT background with strong computer literacy; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
Experience working with ERP or service management systems is a strong advantage.
Prior experience in service operations, or customer support roles preferred.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
